Friday, February 10th from 7pm-10pm the Red Hook Winery will open our doors for an evening of tasting & education.
Winemakers Abe Schoener & Christopher Nicolson will be here to discuss their wine making philosophies and processes. Our best wines will be out for tasting.
Colin Alevras, our distiller, who can speak at length about most subjects, will present the current release of his small batch grappa, double distilled and barrel aged for 3 years in old chardonnay barrels. Sneak peeks of future releases will be showcased as well.
A wine friendly spread of cheese, charcuterie, fruits and the like will also be available.
